Within the vast property landscape of Indonesia, Japanese-inspired concepts have become increasingly prevalent, including in the township of BSD City. To stand out in this competitive market, the cluster requires a distinct and compelling brand identity that can resonate with the right audience. Moreover, to complement its syncretic architecture, the identity must carefully walk the balance between timeless Japanese philosophy and modern urban lifestyle.

Solution

The inspiration originates from the product’s defining features, where nature flows and whispers within the home, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor together. 日本庭園 (Nihon Teien), the art of Japanese garden, captures that profound connection of nature, harmony, and beauty. To bring this vision to life, we crafted the name “Wynyard”—a modern and sophisticated expression that evokes the joy and beauty of life. To visually express the narrative, we highlight elegance and natural beauty, enhanced by distinct graphics that symbolises longevity. Wynyard is a true artisanship in the masterpiece series of Hiera.
