As the leading figure of Brandall Group, William has full operational responsibility for Waykambas. As a polymath, he is described as "the advisor" as he is able to foresee the unseen and give objective opinions that procreate clear vision and right direction to every unique project challenges.
Starting as a brand thinker and now heading the business development, Lestari is responsible to maintain and build fruitful partnerships with clients and other associates. Have been working with a wide range of clients, she continues to bear the unique fusion of multi-perspective insight, rigor, and passion which is necessary to clarify, simplify, and inspire both sides - the clients and the team. As “Green Is Always Black” for her, you will see her enthusiasm shine immediately when she’s in between conversation of mother earth, future education, innovation, or sustainability.
Departing as a creative from advertising agency, Aldo is endowed with a lot of skill; including critical thinking and market-sensitive instinct. His multi-talents have impressed us and maneuvered him as a strategist. When he's not working on brand visions, he can be found extending his Lego collection or practicing his broadcasting skill.
A socially engaged thinker who is also a storyteller, Yosephine believes that a word can drive ideas, build images and disperse good ripple for the people around. For her, being a strategist means asking the right questions, creating the right solutions and working with people/brands who are equally wide-eyed to enroot meaningful changes. As an urban spiritualist, she loves feeling earthy and grounded, while jamming to world music like Bonobo, Filastine, Nu or Nosstress.
Being a freak of Jessica Walsh’s pieces, graphic artwork and crafts have been where Marisa lays her passion on, which clearly depicted in her beautifully crafted design works. Outside the circle of graphics, Marisa is an indie-soul and Frank Sinatra admirer, who often immersed in a world of indie music, poetry and cartoon action figures!
Been living in myriad cities of Indonesia, Ernest has grown as a flexible designer who is also a notable photographer. In most cases, Ernest is most dependable for digital imaging, production as well as portfolio portraits. If he’s not planning his next road trip or adventure, you can find him hanging around the city with his friends or just watching the latest box office movies.
A rather-perfectionist designer, Jo speaks in the language of Adobe, typography and finely-crafted prints. He is the cuddly daddy of the class and digest design inspiration as a daily ritual. On a quirky note, he is the type of connoisseur who drinks the darkest coffee or serves hot tea with Melati flowers in it.
Having a plethora of passion for fashion, design, and photography, the presence of Christian Soegiarto means an added colony of a stylish vibe to the company. Firstly arrived as an outsider to Jakarta, this Surabaya-born designer has, conversely, been infusing the company with his previous insights of working with big clients over Southeast Asia. As a co-worker, he is very handy, nimble and is the driver of ideas; one who prefer to produce creative thoughts into reality.
Morisca is an aspiring brand strategist in her early 20s. Majored in advertising, she has learned about brand management in university and owns a broad perspective on various industries. To cool off, she enjoys herself as being a beauty enthusiast and a creator on minimalist photography.
Reserved in character, versatile in design. Lady practices her aesthetic sense by learning through illustration, motion, design, even video game characters, . Her perspectives and experiences are widening as to how she is observing the dynamic consumer behaviour and how design can create an impact on a brand's business.
