With the growing demand for sustainable, high-quality living, and supported by ongoing infrastructure and mobility improvements in urban centers and surrounding areas, Intiland and Mitbana formed an international collaboration to pioneer sustainable township development in Indonesia. The project combines complementary expertise in integrated urban planning, advanced construction technology, and the creation of smart, green lifestyles.

Challenge

The township requires a sharp and impactful brand development strategy that aligns with the developer’s vision and the competitive surrounding landscape, particularly in relation to the established Talaga Bestari development within the same vicinity.

Solution

Through in-depth research into current market conditions, site visits, and trend analysis, we synthesized the unique potential of the township into a cohesive branding strategy: Five Elements of Good Living. This framework defines the core values of high-quality and sustainable living and is scalable to be expressed through a vibrant yet sophisticated key visual. In close collaboration with the developer, the name Green Bestari Park was crafted and visualized into an identity that signifies a modern, dynamic, and vibrant green development. To ensure the township’s vision endures, the brand visual guidelines was developed alongside brand architecture system, creating an impactful branding for collaterals and communications.
