Challenge

Lyndon is highly exclusive, with a very specific target market. WKB was challenged to create a compelling brand platform, visual identity, and communication that would connect with Lyndon’s prospective residents and create meaningful emotional connections with them.

Solution

Understanding the market and creating an accurate brand platform is the first and only way to go. WKB created a compelling brand platform that reflected the unique values and lifestyle of Lyndon's residents, and “Your World of Privileges” was born to communicate the luxury of Lyndon. From here, it’s easy to weave the brand story, identity, and communication. The name Lyndon itself means ‘the gift of the lake’, taken from the Welsh word ‘Llyn’, meaning lake, and the French word ‘Don’, meaning gift. It's simple and appealing yet holds a beautiful meaning; strong yet effortlessly easy to remember.
